District Mission
In order for Districts 7, 9, and 12 High Schools to prepare students for success in college, career pathways, and beyond, our district will partner with multiple stakeholders through collaboration, support, and data-informed systems to ensure that every student receives high-quality, culturally responsive instruction and equitable opportunities in communities where students are known and feel like they belong.
Data Driven Culture for Equity and Growth
Across all schools, leaders will cultivate a responsive and sustainable data culture that centers equity and
supports real-time instructional decision-making. Data will be accessible, inclusive, and focused on the whole
child—used in structured teams to inform instruction, elevate student voice, and drive continuous improvement.
